Frequently Asked Questions

What to expect, how it works, and whether we’re a good fit.

How do I know whether I need coaching or consulting?

It depends on where you’re feeling stuck or seeking clarity.

  • Coaching is more personal — it’s about you, your goals, your growth, and how you want to show up in your life or work.

  • Consulting is more operational — it’s about helping your business run better, with structure, systems, and strategy that support your team and mission.

If you're unsure, we can figure it out together on a free intro call.

Do you offer a free intro call?

Yes. I offer a free 30-minute conversation to get to know each other and explore whether it’s a good fit. No pressure, no expectations — just a chance to connect.

Where are you based? Do you work with clients remotely?

I’m based in Atlanta, GA, and I work with clients across the U.S. (and beyond) via Google Meet or phone. Remote sessions make it easy to fit our work into your life or workday.

What kind of coaching do you offer?

I work with individuals who are values-driven, thoughtful, and seeking meaningful change. That might mean navigating a career shift, leading with more confidence, creating better boundaries, or simply carving out time to reflect and reorient.

My coaching is informed by the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and grounded in presence, curiosity, and respect.

What does it mean that you’re IFS-informed and ICF-certified?

IFS (Internal Family Systems) is a powerful framework that helps us understand and work with the different parts of ourselves — with compassion rather than judgment.

ICF (International Coaching Federation) certification requires coaches meet global standards for ethical, skilled coaching. I am an ACC coach and adhere to the ICF code of ethics.

How often do we meet, and for how long?

For coaching, most clients meet with me every 1-2 weeks for 60-minute sessions. And a typical engagement lasts between 3 months and 1 year. We’ll find a rhythm that works best for you.

Consulting engagements vary — some are short-term and focused; others are longer collaborations. We’ll co-design a structure that fits your goals.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

I work with small but successful businesses — especially those led by thoughtful, mission-driven founders. That includes nonprofits, creative businesses, and service-based companies.

If you care about your people and want your business to be healthy, grounded, and sustainable, we’re probably a good match.

What is a fractional COO?

A fractional COO is a part-time strategic partner who helps run and refine your operations — without the cost of a full-time executive.

I help leaders get out of the weeds by building systems, improving team dynamics, clarifying priorities, and making better use of resources.
