Hi, I’m Rebecca, and I’ve always been drawn to the space where people ask deeper questions.
Real Work Collaborative grew out of more than a decade of working across nonprofit and private sectors, including women-owned businesses and startups. Over seven years as a COO, I helped teams grow with more clarity — supporting founders, CEOs, creative directors, and professionals alike. My background spans project management, design, sustainability, and education. While I’ve touched a lot of industries, what’s stayed constant is my belief that good work is personal and relational.
I do this work because I care about what happens when we get honest. That’s where real transformation happens. That’s where strategy meets integrity. That’s where we can build something worth sustaining.

Who I Am, Beyond the Work
I live in Atlanta with my husband, daughter, and our dog. I love gardening, cooking, yoga, and being outside — and I’m always chasing the next book or a new idea to dig into.
I believe in honest conversations, thoughtful questions, and work that reflects what matters. I value clarity, curiosity, perspective, and compassion — and try to practice them in my own life, too.
